I actually bought the laurelwood spatula for one of my kids. I have one myself and use it all the time, especially for breaking up hamburger or sausage when it needs crumbled as it cooks. It's very handy, especially when cooking in pots or skillets you don't want to scratch. It's one of my favorite wooden utensils; and, besides being incredibly handy, it's very pretty. I love the grain in these wooden utensils.
