Please inspect your order/shipment within 72 hours of receipt and check for any damage to the merchandise. Contact us and we will work with you to replace any damaged items as quickly as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, contact us and return it within 30 days. We will provide you with a return label. We offer free return shipping up to $6. Any amount of return shipping above $6 will be deducted from your refund. Be sure to include your order information to receive proper credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit to the card that was used for the original transaction. The credit will be for the cost of the item including taxes minus original shipping costs and any return shipping costs over $6.
If the item was a gift, or a purchase receipt is not available, credit will be given as a gift card. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please contact us to process an exchange. We will send you a return label. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship you your new item.
