The goal of Social Enterprise World Forum (SEWF) is to work in partnership to grow the global social enterprise movement in order to accelerate the world's transition to a new global impact economy. SEWF seeks to provide market access opportunities in countries around the world where verification does not currently exist, and to work alongside partner organizations in countries that have robust verification processes in place.

Our social enterprise is transparent about and accountable to its mission and aspires to the highest ethical business standards in all internal and external dealings. |
Income |
Our social enterprise generates the majority (51% or more) of our operating income from trade, the sale of products and services, including grants for product outputs or services. |
Surplus |
Our social enterprise reinvests the majority (51% or more) of our surpluses in pursuit of our mission. |
Ownership |
Our social enterprise is controlled in the interests of our stated mission, not individually controlled. |
Asset Lock |
Our social enterprise has provisions in place to ensure that if the organization is dissolved, disposed of or converted, all residual assets will be distributed in line with your stated mission. |
